NOTICE REGARDING ALL ITEMS: we specialize in vintage items that are usually 10+ years old. It is important that you read this notice before purchasing. PLEASE email me if you have any questions before you are committed to buy. I welcome all questions.
While I try hard to get my description accurate, you must look at the pictures and remember that vintage is not new or mint. Unless otherwise stated, items WILL have age related wear. The older the item the more the wear! My buyers usually are collectors looking for vintage but working gear! These are usually items that are no longer manufactured or available by retail.
Commonly my customers want items in their authentic condition which shows wear and proves age, so I clean well and repair as needed. My items are sold in "as is" condition. I try to highlight any flaws over and above normal wear and tear but again, you must look at the pictures and read the description and please feel free to ask questions.
Nevertheless, all our products are in good working order before they are shipped.
Returns and Refunds: I do issue full refunds under certain conditions as follows:
1. Full Refunds in cases of damage or loss from shipping after carrier has approved the claim.
2. Full Refunds if I have grossly misrepresented item per ecrater policy and you have returned the item to me at your cost in the same condition that I shipped it. You must notify me of your request to return the item within 3 days of receiving the item and mail the item back to me within 7 days. I will not issue a refund until I receive the purchased item back.
3. The buyer and I have agreed upon a refund.
I will not accept returns on an item due to buyers remorse, because there is normal age related wear on an item or by accidental damage from your part. Please note that "it smells" is not a misrepresentation of item as I have specifically advised you that items may have been exposed to cigarette smoke and other living conditions due to their age and enviornment.
All return item shipping will be paid by the buyer . If you feel that I have grossly misrepresented an item, please email me immediately to discuss your concerns. I follow ecrater and paypal policy on returns, you MUST pay for return shipping. This leaves both the buyer AND the seller out their shipping costs. You pay to return it and I have to pay out of pocket to ship it. We can avoid this in most cases with good communication and by asking your questions before purchasing!!!
Payment & Shipping: Payment is by Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Personal Check, and is expected within 4 days unless by mutual agreement. I will be GLAD to work with you if you communicate with me. Otherwise item will not be shipped.
I package very carefully and ship quickly. Shipping and insurance prices are on the rise as well as packaging materials. I pack and ship as cost effectively as possible to still be able to PROTECT your item. If you question the price of your shipping, please feel free to check the shipping calculator before making a shipping cost judgment. I will combine shipping on any items bought from me, provided they are all shipped together at the same time. If you would like to know what the discounted combined shipping cost will be, again please email me.

Please understand that this is a business. I want you as a customer. I want you to become a repeat buyer. I want you to be satisfied with each and every transaction between us, and I want you to have a feel that you get your money’s worth. it’s the best of feelings : A satisfied customer.
However, and for obvious reasons, I do not want to be begging over feedback and I do not want to give items away for free.
If you are unhappy with your transaction I expect you to email me immediately and tell me your concerns BEFORE leaving negative feedback. I am always available and will respond quickly. I will do my best to resolve any reasonable issues.
Overseas sales, please add 4% of the total amount (cost + shipping) for exchange rates.
